high speed door

What are the differences between traditional roll-up doors and fast roll-up doors?

Traditional roll-up doors are common in Taiwan. These doors are heavy, operate slowly, sometimes produce metal friction sounds during operation, and must be manually operated using a chain during a power outage. In contrast, fast roll-up doors made of aluminum alloy are lighter, operate faster, run more quietly, and can be quickly opened and closed using a spring transmission system during a power outage.

The SUNBEAM fast roll-up door (Speedy roller shutter door) is known for its speed, durability, reliability, and variety of options. Its scroll wheel features a stainless steel needle bearing, significantly reducing friction and ensuring smooth rolling for many years. The door rail hook lip is equipped with a brush strip to minimize noise and prevent dust and other debris from entering the door rail, which could otherwise cause the door to roll unevenly and produce noise. The SUNBEAM door slats are connected in a series, designed for smooth and durable operation.  Additionally, some other fast roll-up doors are made of a single piece of metal, which is more prone to metal fatigue and breakage. SUNBEAM’s wind hook wheels provide two key functions: smoother sliding and preventing the door pieces from detaching from the rail in strong winds. Auxiliary safety measures ensure that when the safety detached line separates, the fast rolling door does not over-roll or get caught in the rolling box.

SUNBEAM, a brand of Golden Mountain Company, holds an exclusive innovation patent. The doors are produced and assembled in Taiwan and have obtained ISO 9001 certification. We meticulously craft doors that prioritize safety. SUNBEAM products consistently outperform traditional ones and are built to withstand the test of time. While the price may not be the lowest, the innovation and quality offer significant value.
